デマンドプランナー/ Demand Planner

A global foreign food company is looking for a Demand Planner. The selected candidate will manage demand forecasting, performance monitoring, scenario planning, and cross functional collaboration to optimise supply and demand. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate demand forecasts aligned with financial and operational targets
• Collaborate with Supply Planning and Manufacturing to balance supply and demand and achieve service targets
• Track KPIs and analyse exceptions to identify root causes and drive corrective actions
• Evaluate planning scenarios, manage product constraints, and mitigate supply and demand risks
• Monitor in month performance with Sales and analyse forecast variances to improve future forecasts
• Apply performance insights to refine forecasting and support planning decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business or marketing is a plus
• 3-5 years of professional experience
• Experience in demand management
• Prior experience in inventory management
• Knowledge of retail & foodservice customers and both internal and external supply chains
• Proficient in MS Office Suite

Preferred requirements:

• Possess valid APICS certification
