倉庫・物流スーパーバイザー/ Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

A renowned manufacturing company is looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor. The selected candidate will oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics coordination, team performance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping and returns
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock levels and material movements across ERP/WMS systems
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, carriers, freight forwarders and 3PL providers
• Monitor logistics partners, transportation performance and shipping compliance
• Drive process improvements and track key warehouse and logistics KPIs
• Lead warehouse and logistics personnel while promoting safety, accountability and operational discipline

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (supply chain management, engineering, or related is a plus)
• More than 5 years of professional experience
• Experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Prior experience working with ERP/WMS systems and inventory control processes
• Knowledge of freight forwarding, transportation management and 3PL operations
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in reading, spoken and written Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Possess valid APICS/CPIM, CSCP or equivalent certification
