物流事務/ Logistics Admin

An international healthcare and laboratory services company is looking for a Logistics Admin. The selected candidate will manage day-to-day logistics operations, monitor regional shipments, coordinate with couriers and internal departments, and support logistics process improvements and performance management.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track inbound, outbound, SM, and lab-to-lab shipments across all regional locations
• Provide accurate feedback to management on courier performance and issues
• Manage day-to-day logistics operations with service providers involved in the supply chain
• Support import and export paperwork for reagents and laboratory supplies as required
• Provide feedback to internal and external customers
• Document and resolve process and service failures and escalate unresolved issues to management
• Coordinate with Logistics and Finance on issues including unmatched EDI and cost analysis
• Support the analysis and implementation of global best practices for processes and procedures
• Provide timely and accurate departmental metrics and KPIs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics or Business
• More than 4 years of experience in customer service and/or logistics
• More than 2 years of international business experience
• Ability to use computer and office software applications, including MS Office Suite
• Near native level Japanese and English
