プラント PC&L マスタースケジューラー/ Plant PC&L Master Scheduler

A global automotive technology leader is looking for a Plant PC&L Master Scheduler. The selected candidate will coordinate master production plans, optimise inventory and resources, and ensure customer requirements are met across production and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse customer demand and delivery performance to align production activities with requirements
• Manage customer delivery schedules, alerts and transportation follow-up to ensure on-time delivery
• Prepare monthly Sales & Operations Planning and optimise production resources, supplier capacity and material readiness
• Implement and maintain the Master Production Schedule while managing demand variations, safety stocks and pool inventory
• Coordinate production and material planning activities to support accurate scheduling
• Manage product changes, phase-outs and new programme logistics while coordinating with customers, programme teams, manufacturing and subcontractors

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in the automotive industry or similar
• Experience in production in an industrial environment
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Understanding of supply chain process
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Background in automotive Supply chain process
• Knowledge with SAP & BI system
