物流スペシャリスト/ Logistics Specialist

A well-known consumer goods manufacturing company is looking for a Logistics Specialist. The selected candidate will manage export-focused logistics operations, improve processes, monitor SAP transactions, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop efficient inbound, outbound, import, export, and return logistics processes
• Manage daily logistics operations, with a focus on export activities
• Monitor SAP transactions and resolve movement errors
• Handle transportation delays, damages, and customer service-related logistics issues
• Manage warehouse costs, purchase orders, billing, and logistics cost analysis
• Coordinate with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience of logistics, import and export
• Knowledge of SAP
• Understanding of trade conditions and manage import / export activities
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Possess valid Registered Customs Specialist or Logistics Management (Grade 2) licence
