A global chemical manufacturing company is looking for an Import/Export professional. The selected candidate will manage international trade operations, shipment coordination, regulatory compliance, vendor performance, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily import and export operations and improve end-to-end processes
• Prepare shipping documents and coordinate certificate and licence applications
• Monitor shipments, resolve issues, and escalate operational risks when required
• Manage logistics vendors, track service performance, and drive KPI improvements
• Investigate logistics complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Maintain operating procedures, support audits and projects, and facilitate knowledge transfer across the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 3 years in logistics (Import & Export), supply chain management
• Experience of import and export operations (freight bookings, order handlings)
• Knowledge of SAP modules
• Proficient in reading and written English (spoken is a plus)
