Integrated Logistics Head

A global logistics company is looking for a Head of Business Development for its Integrated Logistics division. The selected candidate will drive go-to-market strategies, develop client proposals, and lead business growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with global teams to design segment-focused go-to-market strategies targeting national accounts
• Lead initiatives to enhance brand positioning, generate leads, and represent the company in relevant events and media
• Identify and approach potential clients by defining target account lists and engaging key stakeholders
• Develop and present tailored 4PL proposals based on client needs and ensure follow-up for conversion
• Oversee customer communications throughout the opportunity lifecycle from pitch to closure
• Promote and manage demo requests and commercial offers for eControl solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in supply chin management or business-related domain is ideal
• More than 5 years of logistics market experience
• Experience in business development for logistics and supply chain solutions
• Understanding of the segment specific supply chain requirements
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Fluent level written and verbal English; native level Japanese
