サプライチェーンオペレーションプランナー/ Supply Chain Operational Planner

A renowned industrial components manufacturer is looking for a Supply Chain Operational Planner. The selected candidate will manage supply chain orders, resolve operational issues, analyse planning data, and improve processes across internal teams. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end supply chain order management and administrative activities
• Investigate operational discrepancies and conduct root-cause analysis
• Analyse data across systems to support planning and operational decisions
• Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and field teams on shared priorities
• Improve planning tools, system parameters, data structures, and input accuracy
• Manage improvement projects, support system implementation, and mentor junior colleagues

Requirements:

• MSc in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Experience with operational planning processes, tools, and techniques
• Prior experience working in environments with high process interdependencies
• Business level English; proficient in Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Prior project or program management experience
