SCM アフターマーケット/ SCM Aftermarket

A multinational automotive components company is looking for an SCM Aftermarket professional. The selected candidate will manage 3PL operations, optimise warehouse performance, and support supply chain improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide 3PL partners to ensure KPI-based performance
• Report monthly on 3PL performance and warehousing KPIs
• Define warehouse management system rules aligned with business needs
• Lead bi-annual warehouse stock take and forwarder cost optimisation
• Drive and support process improvement and business enhancement projects
• Coordinate monthly reporting to Regional Operations and Excellence Asia Pacific
• Track and report weekly and monthly inventory
• Report monthly performance lift KPIs on cost savings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 4 years of experience in SCM
• Proven experience in supply chain management, inventory management, and warehousing
• Skilled in SCM operations and systems
• Understanding of the automotive and aftermarket industry is a plus
• Business level English and Japanese
