シニアサプライプランナー/ Senior Supply Planner

A global mobility manufacturing company is looking for a Senior Supply Planner. The selected candidate will oversee end-to-end supply planning, process optimisation, and inventory strategy across the cluster. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of Supply Planning in strategy development, KPI setting, and process improvements
• Manage S&OP and S&OE planning for both Consumer and Commercial business units
• Oversee supply network planning, capacity planning, and inventory deployment across all channels
• Define and execute inventory strategies in collaboration with country supply leads and operations teams
• Lead OE supply planning and support new product launches in alignment with production schedules
• Drive digital transformation and participate in regional and global initiatives with COE teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in quantitative domain (production operations, supply chain, statistical analysis, or engineering)
• 10-15 years of experience in supply planning in functions (demand management, product sourcing, business analysis, manufacturing production supply, or relevant fields)
• Experience in end-to-end supply chain (supply chain planning, logistics, and customer service)
• Prior experience in different countries is ideal
• Background in end-to-end supply chain (supply chain planning, logistics, and customer service)
• Understanding of S&OP Class A processes
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese and English
