セールスエグゼクティブ/ Sales Executive
A multinational logistics company is looking for a Sales Executive. The selected candidate will build strong client relationships, grow business with existing customers, and acquire new clients to increase volume and profit.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain customer relationships to grow volume and profit
- Maintain contact with existing clients and increase share of wallet
- Acquire new customers and focus on winning new business
- Actively sell Key Trade Lanes nominated by local management
- Conduct customer visits based on assigned targets
- Accurately record sales activities and leads in CRM
- Create and distribute qualified sales leads through the network
- Maintain a strong customer pipeline and report progress
- Collaborate with sales support to prepare quotations and tender replies
- Manage offer submissions and follow up on results
- Issue initial client SOP and ensure proper implementation with customer service
- Communicate frequently with network sales offices to strengthen collaboration
- Participate in monthly sales meetings and share updates
- Support monthly sales reporting by providing timely input
- Coordinate with customer service to stay informed on client developments
- Improve cash flow by reducing payment terms and following up on dues
- Participate in internal and external training, events, and initiatives
- Promote company image and contribute to continuous improvement activities
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics
- More than 3 years of experience in forwarding sales
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Proficient in written and verbal English and Japanese
