営業担当者/ Sales Representative

A multinational logistics company is looking for a Sales Representative. The selected candidate will drive revenue growth by identifying prospects, building relationships, and delivering tailored logistics solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Research and analyse potential prospects to generate new revenue
• Develop relationships with prospects and propose solutions to enhance operations
• Generate leads through canvassing, cold calling, partnerships, and referrals
• Meet and exceed sales revenue targets
• Develop, implement, and maintain sales strategies and plans
• Build and sustain long-term client relationships by providing guidance, support, and identifying opportunities
• Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for successful closures
• Prepare and present analytical sales reports

Requirements:

• More than 3 years in Freight Forwarding or Logistics
• Experience in food and beverage logistics is ideal
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Consultative sales approach
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Native level Japanese; business level English
