カスタマーサービススーパーバイザー/ Customer Service Supervisor
A foreign medical device firmy is searching for a Customer Service Supervisor. The chosen applicant will be ensuring timely and accurate order processing while maintaining high service standards. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a Customer Service or Order Management team to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and inquiries
- Act as the go-to person for the Customer Service or Order Management team and stakeholders involved in the order-to-cash process and SAP topics
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and support to team members to foster a positive and productive work environment
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and support cross-training across functions
- Establish and analyse customer service metrics or KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure data integrity during the order entry process and define quote-to-cash workflows, procedures, and policies
- Liaise with IT, Commercial, Logistics, Planning, Finance, and other departments to support daily operations and assigned projects
- Support internal audits, follow up on outstanding issues, and serve as a point of escalation when needed
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in customer service or order management roles
- 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership position
- Extensive experience with SAP (S/4HANA)
- Experience in inquiry management and customer communication
- Strong understanding of the order-to-cash process and supply chain management principles
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess a valid certification in SAP is preferred
- Professional level Japanese and English
