プランナー/ Planner

A global semiconductor solutions company is seeking a Planner. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing accessory inventory levels, improving delivery performance, and supporting forecasting and planning processes.

Responsibilities:

• Understand demand forecasting methods and planning systems (SAP, Syncron)
• Forecast accessories demand by analysing pump demand trends and collaborating with account teams
• Analyse forecasts, open orders, lead times, and inventory to define optimal buffer stock levels
• Update inventory min/max levels and generate replenishment plans to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor inventory movement and minimise excess or slow-moving stock
• Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Centre, Procurement, Distribution, etc.) to meet delivery targets
• Communicate demand changes and prepare suppliers accordingly
• Address supply risks and collaborate on allocation planning during constraints
• Respond to escalations and prioritise orders to meet customer needs
• Maintain planning system data integrity (SAP, Syncron)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of proven experience in planning, forecasting, and inventory management
• Prior semiconductor industry experience
• Experience with Power BI/BW query
• Proficient in SAP, Syncron, or similar ERP/inventory systems
• Ability to perform statistical forecasting and data integration
• Skilled in trend analysis, root cause investigation, and continuous improvement
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel
• Possess a valid APICS/CPF qualification
• Proficient in written and verbal English; Japanese is a plus
