EC CRM＆デジタルマーケティング シニアマネージャー/ EC CRM & DM Sr. Manager

An international luxury goods company is looking for an eCommerce, CRM and Digital Marketing Senior Manager. The selected candidate will drive digital excellence and lead cross-functional initiatives to grow ecommerce, CRM, and digital marketing channels. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute annual ecommerce strategies aligned with global goals
• Plan and monitor regional online sales targets and trading calendar
• Manage product assortment, website content, and innovative digital features
• Lead omnichannel initiatives and drive digital retail collaboration
• Create and implement CRM strategies to improve retention and loyalty
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for local customer engagement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, marketing, or related field
• More than 5 years of experience in customer relationship & eCommerce management
• Practical experience managing a team
• Experience in the luxury retail industry is a plus
• Proficient in data analytics, customer segmentation, CRM software, and MS Office Suite
• Business level English; fluent level Japanese
