Head of Content and Inspiration Experience

A multinational financial services company is looking for a Head of Content and Inspiration Experience. The selected candidate will lead content strategy, client engagement campaigns, educational initiatives, and marketing activities to increase client acquisition, activation, trading activity, and social sharing. This is a contract role

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies and client inspiration campaigns to improve newly funded clients, newly trading clients, client engagement, and customer reactivation
• Create, localise, and publish timely, relevant, engaging, and actionable content across websites, platforms, and social media channels
• Monitor market news, competitor activities, and industry trends to develop content and campaign initiatives
• Collaborate with creative, web, PR, marketing, compliance, and product teams to execute marketing initiatives
• Prepare and coordinate physical events, webinars, and educational materials for customers
• Oversee the creation and curation of investment and trading content, including market analysis, investment strategies, and educational resources
• Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to identify optimisation opportunities
• Support daily local, regional, and global content meetings and contribute new initiatives and campaign ideas
• Manage copywriting for articles, outlook reports, press releases, social media content, and trading platform content

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the financial industry and investment services
• Proven experience in content writing and copywriting within the financial industry
• Experience creating content related to FX, CFDs, equities, options, and futures
• Experience using social media platforms such as Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and YouTube to drive visitors, leads, newly funded clients, and newly trading clients
• Experience in marketing campaign planning, execution, and evaluation
• In-depth understanding of digital and offline marketing for client acquisition and engagement
• Fluent level Japanese and English
