営業担当/ Sales Representative
An international energy solutions provider is seeking a Sales Representative / Sales Supervisor. The successful candidate will drive sales growth by developing key accounts, executing market strategies, and building strong stakeholder relationships within the solar industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop key account commercial solar and ground-mounted projects
- Develop the market to create new business opportunities
- Represent the company and build relationships with government, investors, and developers
- Acquire new customers and manage existing customer relationships
- Track key account activities in Salesforce and provide regular reporting
- Participate in local and regional trade fairs
- Grow market share and increase revenue, profitability, and cash flow in line with KPIs
- Support marketing activities and market communications
- Build strong understanding of the market and industry
- Implement action plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Conduct frequent business travel to meet clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales in the PV solar industry in the Japanese market
- Good understanding of the local Japanese market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication and organisational skills
- Ability and willingness to travel
