シニアプロジェクトマネージャー/ Senior Project Manager

A renowned architectural engineering company is looking for a Senior Project Manager / Country Lead. The selected candidate will oversee end-to-end project delivery, commercial performance, stakeholder coordination, site operations, and local business activities. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from design review and planning through fabrication, logistics, installation, and completion
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, safety, contractual, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee site operations and resolve technical, design, manufacturing, and installation issues
• Manage project budgets, variations, claims, scope changes, performance reviews, and supplier coordination
• Coordinate clients, architects, contractors, consultants, regional partners, and internal leadership
• Manage the local team while supporting business development, tendering, compliance, and office operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related domain
• More than 10 years of construction project management experience
• Background within a specialist subcontractor or facade engineering ((lump sum contracting) environment
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese; business level written and verbal English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience delivering premium storefronts or facade structures for luxury retail brands
