シニアプロジェクトマネージャー/ Senior Project Manager

A global corporate consulting and managed services firm is looking for a Senior Project Manager. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end project delivery by managing client relationships, design and engineering coordination, project teams, procurement, construction, and project completion. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day project operations to ensure deadlines are achieved accurately
• Establish project design briefs, budgets, and schedules with clients and prospective clients
• Assemble and manage consultant teams for project delivery
• Communicate and coordinate with management, clients, consultants, and contractors in English and Japanese
• Lead internal project management teams and external consultant teams throughout the design and engineering process
• Oversee the preparation of construction documents for procurement and obtain required client approvals
• Manage procurement activities and provide regular project reporting
• Monitor project schedules, costs, and risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage construction and furniture installation through to project completion
• Conduct inspections, oversee defect rectification, and ensure successful project close-out

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Design or Engineering
• More than 7 years of experience in project management
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to identify new project opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team and senior members
• Ability to lead internal and external project teams with a collaborative leadership style
• Proficiency in Excel, including document preparation and budget and cost management
• Solid knowledge of furniture, fixtures and equipment, architectural and interior finishes, lighting, art signage, colours, and materials
• Ability to write proposals and understand legal terms
• Business level Japanese and English
