プロジェクトマネージャー/ Project Manager

An international workspace solutions firm is seeking a Project Manager. The selected candidate will oversee project coordination, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure successful delivery from development to post-occupancy.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage project schedules and budgets effectively
• Monitor overall project progress and address issues promptly
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on project goals and requirements

Requirements:

• More than 8 years of project management experience in construction and interior design
• Proven experience in budget management negotiations
• Experience managing full project cycles from development to post-occupancy
• Background in architecture, design, or related
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction processes
• Basic technical understanding of architectural, interior, and furniture design
• Possess a valid Architectural licence
• Proficient in English
