シニアファイナンシャルアナリスト/ Senior Financial Analyst

A renowned pet healthcare company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The selected candidate will manage financial planning, reporting, analysis, and process improvement while supporting strategic business decisions across Japan and North Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with finance colleagues to deliver a coordinated FP&A function
• Prepare accurate budgets, forecasts, strategic plans, monthly reviews, and ad-hoc analyses
• Manage key deliverables across planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing cycles
• Develop financial models for marketing initiatives, product launches, acquisitions, expansion, and business development
• Support accounting, tax, regulatory, disclosure, cash-flow, and process improvement activities
• Improve performance monitoring and automate planning, reporting, pricing review, and analysis processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting or related domain (MBA is ideal)
• More than 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• More than 3 years of experience in financial accounting (Month-end, GL, Stat, Tax)
• Experience with OLAP / data warehouse (SAP BW, Snowflake preferred), BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau) and large ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in written and spoken English

Preferred requirements:

• Possess valid CPA qualification
