FP&Aマネージャー/ FP&A Manager

A renowned management consulting firm is looking for an FP&A Manager. The selected candidate will oversee financial planning, performance analysis, payroll operations, vendor management, and cross-functional finance initiatives. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare annual cost centre budgets in collaboration with local and regional stakeholders
• Analyse financial results, explain variances, and deliver insights that support cost management and strategic decisions
• Oversee payroll processing, statutory deductions, tax filings, social contributions, corporate housing, and retirement plan accounting
• Manage office-related financial operations, including space planning, lease renewals, and major vendor contracts
• Drive finance system integration, reporting automation, process improvements, and stronger internal controls
• Coach direct reports and maintain productive relationships with leadership, global finance teams, banks, auditors, advisors, and insurance brokers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related domain
• 5-6 years of experience in finance (global or multinational environment is a plus)
• Skilled in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
• Business level English; native level Japanese
