財務マネージャー/ Finance Manager

A leading real estate company is looking for a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will oversee financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and regulatory compliance. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee ledgers, journals, and company accounting records
• Prepare monthly income and expenditure reports against forecasts and previous periods
• Produce profit and loss statements and balance sheets for the corporate office
• Support annual budgeting, business planning, and revenue projections
• Reconcile bank statements, monitor cash flow, and report bad debts
• Coordinate and review financial and regulatory reports to ensure compliance with relevant standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accountancy
• 4-6 years of accounting experience
• Skilled in PC Accounting Software
• Professional level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Possess valid accounting qualifications (ACCA or “CPA Singapore”)
