経理マネージャー/ Accounting Manager

A renowned financial services firm is looking for an Accounting Manager. The selected candidate will manage financial reporting, daily accounting operations, budget control, compliance, and cross-functional finance coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements and ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
• Review journal entries and maintain strong general ledger controls
• Manage fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and CAPEX tracking
• Oversee AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and cash flow monitoring
• Conduct budget control, variance analysis, trend analysis, and cost reviews
• Coordinate with external accountants, hotel teams, HQ finance, and internal stakeholders to support compliance and process improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or finance
• Background in financial statements, journal entries, fixed assets
• Experience preparing financial statements, journal entries, fixed asset schedules, and financial analysis
• Prior background in financial and variance analysis
• Proven daily accounting operations (AP / AR, reconciliation)
• Possess valid Nissho Bookkeeping Examination Level 2+ qualification
• Business level English; native level Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or finance
• Prior hospitality accounting experience
• Knowledge of Japanese regulatory / tax environment

• Possess valid CPA or equivalent certification
