A global healthcare company is looking for a Finance Business Partner. The successful candidate will provide financial leadership, deliver forecasting and business planning, support strategic decision-making, and drive business performance through commercial finance partnering.

Responsibilities:

• Provide financial leadership and business partnering support to commercial business units
• Support business performance, investment decisions, and long-term value creation
• Deliver financial insights to support strategic decision-making
• Prepare short- and long-range financial forecasts
• Develop business cases to support commercial initiatives
• Manage financial performance and planning activities
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Promote data-driven decision-making across the business
• Advance finance capabilities through automation, analytics, and innovative technologies
• Support the adoption of AI-enabled solutions within finance processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Experience in finance, business partnering, FP&A, or commercial finance
• Financial modelling, forecasting, and business case development capabilities
• Experience leveraging data analytics, visualisation tools, automation technologies, and AI-enabled solutions
• Fluent level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience within the healthcare or life sciences industry
• Strong understanding of commercial operations, portfolio management, forecasting, and market dynamics
• Experience supporting commercial leaders in cross-functional organisations
• Possess a valid professional finance qualification such as CPA, CMA, ACA, ACCA, MBA, or equivalent
