ジュニア会計士/ Junior Accountant

A multinational industrial manufacturing company is seeking an Accountant. The successful candidate will prepare financial reports, maintain accounting records, support financial close activities, ensure tax compliance, and assist with budgeting and financial analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare financial reports
• Maintain the general ledger
• Perform account reconciliations
• Conduct financial research and analysis
• Lead audit preparation activities
• Prepare various tax returns and fulfil other legal requirements
• Assist with preparing and monitoring budgets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3-5 years of experience in Finance
• Experience with ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience with SAP and Hyperion
• Fluent level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Possess a valid CPA qualification
