ファイナンスマーケットリード/ Finance Market Lead

A global hearing care solutions company is looking for a Finance Market Lead. The selected candidate will oversee market finance operations, guide business performance, strengthen financial governance, and drive organisational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the market Finance function and serve as the primary contact for regional and global stakeholders
• Improve operational efficiency by streamlining processes, systems, resources, and transactional activities
• Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights, evaluate strategic initiatives, and guide business decisions
• Oversee statutory reporting, compliance, internal controls, audits, risk management, and financial data integrity
• Direct budgeting, forecasting, target setting, CAPEX planning, performance reporting, and business reviews
• Build a high-performing Finance organisation while supporting acquisitions, integrations, and expansion initiatives

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance or related domain
• More than 10 years of experience in financial management
• Experience in cost optimisation and efficiency programs
• Prior experience in defining and implementing finance operating models, including shared services and outsourcing
• Proven experience working with senior stakeholders at MD level or above
• Background in leading transformation in complex environments
• Prior background in managing ambiguity, resistance, and competing priorities
• Proven background as Market CFO or Finance Director
• Experience in building and leading high performing teams
• Knowledge of matrix organisations and multi-channel business models
• Familiarity with finance systems and data environments (e.g. SAP, BI tools such as BW/BO, Cognos)
• Professional level Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in a B2C/Retail environment
• Prior experience in shared services (GBS) environments
• Possess valid CPA
