財務マネージャー/ Finance Manager

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will oversee accounting, financial planning, treasury, tax compliance, pricing, and internal controls while providing financial insights to management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead accounting operations, financial closing, reporting, taxation, and audit coordination
• Manage annual budgets, monthly forecasts, variance analysis, and business case evaluations
• Oversee payments, cash flow forecasting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and treasury activities
• Maintain accurate fixed asset, inventory, cost accounting, and financial records
• Manage product pricing, distributor pricing reviews, and margin impact assessments
• Strengthen internal controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and support cross-functional initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance, or related field
• More than 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management
• Business level English; professional level Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in healthcare or related industries
• Skilled in Sage X3
• Possess valid professional qualification
