ソフトウェア実装リーダー/ Software Implementations Lead

A global software company is looking for a Software Implementations Lead. The selected candidate will lead client-facing integration projects, manage requirements discussions, and ensure successful system implementation and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead client engagement as the primary contact for integration projects
• Facilitate client meetings and gather requirements with cross-functional support
• Act as SME on RTSM/Admin systems and align integration design with study setup
• Track, manage, and resolve functional and technical issues pre go-live
• Ensure compliance with project deliverables, timelines, and SOP standards
• Drive end-to-end project execution including testing and UAT

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a life science, supply chain management, or information technology field
• Skilled in Python or related Object Oriented Programming languages (Java, C#, C++, Ruby, etc.)
• Proficient in English, Mandarin, or Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in software implementation and testing for IT/tech software solutions
• Prior project management experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams as project lead
• Proven clinical supplies forecasting and management experience
• Background with IRT/RTSM and clinical supplies forecasting/simulation tools
• Prior background with agile development methodology
