アプリケーションサポートアナリスト/ Application Support Analyst

A global IT company is looking for an Application Support Analyst. The selected candidate will analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues while coordinating with customers and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Assess customer inquiries to determine issues and propose solutions
• Analyse data to support business cases, projects, and system requirements
• Collaborate with customers and technical teams to resolve software issues
• Implement, test, document, and maintain software applications
• Utilise standardised development methodologies to ensure security and process integrity
• Log and manage support tickets while documenting resolution processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above is a plus
• More than 2 years of experience with Web Applications
• Experience with business systems (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Hyperion, etc.) is ideal
• Knowledge of SQL database, SFTP, API, and WebServices is a plus
