カスタマーサクセスマネージャー/ Customer Success Manager
A global IT services company is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The selected candidate will manage key customer relationships, provide operational support, and ensure seamless service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers
- Serve as the primary contact for operational issues and inquiries
- Understand customer goals and technical environments to provide tailored support
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve incidents efficiently and maximise system availability
- Lead operational reviews, including monthly and quarterly business reviews, to demonstrate value and build trust
- Oversee expert care resources to enhance customer operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 3-5 years of professional experience
- Knowledge of processes, procedures and systems used to accomplish work
- Understanding of the broader underlying concepts in own job family or job discipline
- Excellent customer support process skills
- Possess valid ITILv4 Foundation qualification
