サービス企画部マネージャー/ Service Planning Department Manager

A multinational eCommerce company is seeking a Service Planning Department Manager. The selected candidate will lead service strategy planning and cross-functional collaborations to drive new B2B initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the service planning team
• Design service and product strategies for corporate clients
• Assess legal and financial requirements, create budgets and workforce plans
• Collaborate across group companies to develop new B2B services
• Build cross-industry partnerships to expand sales channels and offerings
• Support sales efforts, negotiate with vendors, and plan customer seminars

Requirements:

• Experience in management
• Prior experience in service planning in the telecommunications/carrier industry
• Proven experience in sales in a telecommunications wide-area agency
• Background in product planning and development
• Prior background in sales or consulting in a SaaS company
• Proven background in product planning and development or introducing services to carriers
• Prior experience in project management is ideal
• Business level English; proficient in Japanese
