ITマネージャー/ IT Manager

A multinational automotive technology company is seeking an IT Manager. The selected candidate will oversee IT operations and infrastructure, ensuring service delivery aligns with corporate standards and plant requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships between IT Shared Services and site teams under a defined SLA
• Lead on-site IT staff, setting goals and ensuring skills and procedures are aligned
• Oversee IT budget, procurement, and infrastructure lifecycle from planning to decommissioning
• Ensure availability and security of systems, data backups, and storage in line with company policies
• Support MES infrastructure, incident resolution, risk mitigation, and user access
• Coordinate IT systems setup, updates, licensing, contracts, and external service management
• Maintain high-availability IT environments, including network equipment, VPNs, UPS, and server rooms
• Provide guidance on IT system usage and ensure compliance with security and hardware/software standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering with specialisation in IT
• More than 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems management
• Experience in building redundant IT infrastructure
• Skilled in VMWare, Cisco switch, Windows Servers, Active Directory, backup systems, LAN/WAN, MES
• Business level Japanese and English (TOEIC 600+)
