ITマネージャー/ IT Manager

An international medical technology company is seeking a IT Manager for Japan & Korea. The selected candidate will lead IT operations and initiatives supporting wholesale solutions and ERP systems across the Japan and Korea region. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the HAIT Japan & Korea team to ensure performance and process alignment
• Oversee day-to-day operations of wholesale IT solutions, including ERP, Salesforce, and myBusiness
• Coordinate incident response and root cause analysis with Major Incident Management
• Act as the local point of contact for Japan and Korea, aligning local needs with global IT strategy
• Maintain Azure DevOps updates and facilitate discussion with business and IT stakeholders
• Participate in global and regional IT leadership engagements to align initiatives and address challenges
• Ensure compliance with global IT governance and project standards
• Support and communicate system changes and project updates with business users
• Monitor project progress and report initiative outcomes
• Review system developments and ensure alignment with business expectations
• Monitor and resolve helpdesk requests and review system outputs to identify issues
• Lead and facilitate training sessions and workshops on wholesale IT systems

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing IT teams and leading large-scale IT projects
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar platforms
• Skilled in ERP systems (AX or Navision) and CRM tools (Salesforce)
• Possess strong leadership and organisational change management capabilities
• Fluent level Japanese and English
