A multinational software solutions provider is looking for a Senior Consultant. The selected candidate will lead software implementation projects, optimise after-sales processes, and drive value for global clients.

Responsibilities:

• Design and document end-to-end business processes based on best practices
• Gather, analyse, and align customer requirements with project scope
• Configure and integrate software solutions within the client’s IT landscape
• Coordinate consultants to optimise business parameters and solution fit
• Lead customer training and user adoption for successful implementation
• Manage project scope in collaboration with internal and client teams
• Provide expert guidance to stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution
• Identify additional service opportunities to enhance customer value

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Management, Economics, or related field
• Experience in software implementation or SaaS solutions
• Strong understanding of after-sales, supply chain, or pricing strategies
• Ability to analyse business needs and document complex processes
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally
• Business level English
