シニアソリューションコンサルタント/ Sr. Solution Consultant

A multinational software company is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant. The selected candidate will drive solution delivery and sales success by providing expert technical consulting and supporting strategic customer engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Support product sales as a technical and domain expert within the client-facing sales team
• Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and demonstrate product alignment
• Answer product feature and technical inquiries from customers, partners, and internal teams
• Guide strategic programs for key accounts, including customer journey and roadmap sessions
• Provide product enhancement feedback to product management to maximise customer value
• Share best practices and reusable assets with Solution Consultants to improve team efficiency
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market trends
• Support marketing events such as executive briefings, conferences, and trade shows

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
• Practical experience with the platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions
• Experience collaborating with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services
• Skilled in territory management, including pipeline development and sales collaboration
• Ability and willingness to travel
