ソフトウェアエンジニア/ Software Engineer

A leading AI technology company is looking for a Software Engineer. The selected candidate will design and develop next-generation autonomous driving software that integrates artificial intelligence and advanced perception capabilities. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop software architectures integrating artificial perception and AI for autonomous systems
• Research and implement advanced spatial perception technologies such as SLAM, semantic 3D recognition, and robotic navigation
• Develop real-time, high-performance, and reliable software using C++ and Python
• Plan and execute technology demonstrations to showcase spatial perception capabilities
• Provide technical consulting and integrate customer feedback into development cycles
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional software development team, enhancing capabilities in AI and robotics

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of software design and development experience in C++ and Python
• More than 3 years of experience leading a software development team
• Proven experience in robot system development using ROS/ROS2
• Experience in large-scale software architecture design
• Prior technical consulting or pre-sales experience
• Proficient in a Linux environment and team development with Git
• Knowledge in Semantic SLAM, 3D segmentation, Visual Place Recognition
• Deep understanding of spatial perception, embedded systems, and RTOS
• Proficient in English
