リードフルスタックソフトウェアエンジニア/ Lead Full Stack Software Engineer

An international insurance company is looking for a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer. The selected candidate will be in charge of developing strategies for migrating multiple legacy applications from a mainframe environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or information technology
• More than 10 years of development experience with Java and RDB (general RDB (関係データベース or SQL))
• More than 5 years of design experience
• More than 2 years of experience in coding (SQL, Python, HTML/CSS)
• Development experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience in designing, developing, and preparing operating environments for new applications
• Preferred experience:
• Experience in designing and developing batch applications
• Experience in an Agile development environment
• Experience implementing CICD (planned implementation using Azure DevOps)
• Experience in developing with Mainframe
• Understanding of COBOL, JCL, and Assembler languages
• Knowledge and experience in enterprise-level development
• Ability to perform performance tuning on applications and databases
• Native level Japanese (JLPT N2+); business level English is preferred
