ITサービスデスクアドミニストレーター/ IT Service Desk Administrator

A multinational semiconductor manufacturer is looking for an IT Service Desk Administrator. The selected candidate will coordinate IT support across Asian subsidiaries and ensure smooth operation of IT service processes.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the single point of contact for IT support across Asian subsidiaries
• Capture, prioritise, and route user requests or incidents
• Deliver standardised solutions aligned with SLAs
• Document support activities and enhance internal IT documentation
• Manage installation, setup, and lifecycle of IT equipment
• Assist with IT projects and support solution implementation
• Handle warranty claims, maintenance, and import processing
• Manage mobile devices and IT equipment portfolio
• Support endpoint security, software deployment, and print fleet management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field
• Advanced user skills with MS M365 products
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Proficient in written and verbal English
