PM/ PM

A global software company is looking for a Project Manager. The selected candidate will oversee end-to-end project delivery across electrical, mechanical, IT, and telecom systems within leased spaces. This is a contract and hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Define and finalise project schedules and deliverables
• Track weekly progress, risks, issues, and generate reports
• Oversee delivery and installation of electrical, mechanical, telecom, IT hardware, and storage equipment
• Manage on-site installation services for containment, LAN, and security systems
• Coordinate dark fiber and network setup with internal and external teams
• Execute project closeout with documentation and review

Requirements:

• Experience in project management
• Prior experience in data center (construction, operations, design, planning)
• Proven experience in telecom or technology is a plus (comms/telephony, security, networking)
• Native level English (reading, verbal, and written) and Japanese (JLPT N2+)
