プロジェクトコーディネーター/ Project Coordinator

A renowned technology consulting firm is looking for a Project Coordinator. The selected candidate will support project operations, schedules, and communications across internal teams and external partners. This is a contract and hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication between clients, partners, and internal teams
• Assist in managing schedules for client projects and internal SaaS product
• Monitor project progress and help prevent delays
• Coordinate meetings and document agendas and minutes
• Maintain project documentation and organise related files
• Support preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders and investors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, communications, IT, or a relevant domain is preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in coordination, administrative support, or project support role
• Experience in a software development company, IT industry, or a tech startup setting
• Knowledge with project management software/tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello, ClickUp) is ideal
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle or SaaS products is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level written and verbal; business written and verbal English
