プログラムマネージャー/ Program Manager

A multinational eCommerce company is looking for a Project Manager. The selected candidate will drive process documentation and improvements while collaborating closely with leadership. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop process documentation such as flowcharts, SOPs, and process maps
• Ensure documentation is clear and easily understood across teams
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose streamlining opportunities
• Coordinate closely with assigned leadership for project alignment
• Present findings and actionable insights to leadership
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across relevant functions

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of program management experience
• Bilingual level English and Japanese
