ITインフラプロジェクトマネージャー/ IT Infrastructure Project Manager (VP)

A renowned financial services firm is searching for an IT Infrastructure Project Manager. The chosen applicant will encompass technology domains including datacentre, networks and server infrastructure. This is a hybrid setup position.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders to understand their infrastructure needs

• Define project scope, set timelines, and oversee budgets while ensuring alignment with organisational goals
• Manage end-to-end project execution for regional and global initiatives
• Identify potential risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
• Facilitate collaboration among project resources to foster a cohesive project environment
• Create clear communication materials that outline project progress
• Establish and chair steering committees as necessary
• Advocate for the value of the company's infrastructure services

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in Project Management roles relating to infrastructure technology delivery in a global organisation
• High efficiency in Microsoft 365 Applications, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
• Experience working in a financial services organisation is preferred
• Infrastructure domain knowledge of one or more technologies within the datacentre, core services or end-user services is preferred
• Understanding of cybersecurity practices and regional compliance requirements is preferred
• Possess a valid Formal PM Certification (PMI PMP, Prince2) is preferred
• Possess a valid ITIL Certification is preferred
• Business level written and verbal English and Japanese
