事業開発代表/ Business Development Representative
A global work management and SaaS technology company is seeking a Business Development Representative (Enterprise). The selected candidate will drive outbound prospecting, qualify enterprise opportunities, and build a strong sales pipeline for Account Executives. This is a hybrid setup and contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential enterprise customers daily via phone, email, and social outreach
- Qualify enterprise sales opportunities using structured frameworks such as MEDDPICC and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Own monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads (SQLs) and pipeline generation
- Identify growth opportunities within existing enterprise accounts
- Respond to and qualify inbound enterprise inquiries
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across sales, marketing, and GTM teams
- Manage pipeline activities and improve conversion rates over time
- Track performance against KPIs including SQLs, opportunities, pipeline value, and closed revenue
- Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of sales experience with strong focus on outbound prospecting, preferably in SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with ownership of individual performance metrics
- Experience engaging with senior enterprise stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Proficient in written and verbal Japanese
Preferred requirements:
- Experience using structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or similar frameworks
- Background in technology or SaaS sales environments
- Professional level English
