BIアナリスト/ BI Analyst

A multinational technology and payment solutions provider is looking for a BI Analyst. The selected candidate will develop and deliver data-driven BI solutions aligned with merchant needs and business strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop BI solutions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Define long-term BI vision based on local merchant needs
• Collaborate with central teams to deliver high-impact products
• Administer BI tools and manage data preparation and transformation
• Produce custom reports and analyses for merchants and stakeholders
• Identify efficiency opportunities and support business strategy development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, IT, business management
• 3-5 years in product management or consulting in the data world
• Experience across multiple BI platforms, databases, and reporting technologies
• Prior experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modelling, mapping, methodology development and data modelling
• Understanding of MS SQL for data extraction and manipulation is ideal
• Familiarity with data science tools (R/Python is preferred)
• Skilled in BI reporting (MicroStrategy and Tableau is a plus)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese and English
