シニア制御システムエンジニア/ Sr. Control System Engineer

A cutting-edge technology company is seeking a Senior Control System Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer. The selected candidate will integrate, maintain, and optimise hardware and software systems, ensuring stable operations across development and production environments.

Responsibilities:

• Implement, maintain and test software and hardware systems across heterogeneous environments
• Define, document and execute procedures for system operations and maintenance
• Manage infrastructure including hardware-in-the-loop setups, containerised services, routers, switches, and test systems
• Develop and implement automated provisioning, configuration, and orchestration for compute systems
• Collaborate with software and test engineering teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment
• Maintain artefact repositories, test dashboards, and infrastructure for tracking system health and regressions
• Establish and enforce best practices for access control, system configuration, and lab operations
• Support incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for system issues and CI/CD failures
• Implement monitoring and alerting systems, integrating logs and metrics across platforms
• Work with CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, and deploying software and firmware

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• More than 10 years of experience in Network SQA, Systems Engineering, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
• Experience implementing LAN and WAN technologies including VLAN configuration, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP services
• Experience in Linux and Windows administration including network operations and application debugging
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go
• Experience with Docker, Git, and Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI or Jenkins and infrastructure-as-code platforms such as Ansible or Terraform
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and the ELK stack
• Hands-on experience with rack-mount servers

Preferred requirements:

• Experience supporting hybrid systems involving embedded devices, custom hardware, or real-time control systems
• Knowledge of secure software deployment and product life cycles
• Experience with hardware-in-the-loop pipelines or distributed test automation environments
• Exposure to scientific computing, HPC, or quantum software stacks
