ユーザーオペレーションマネージャー/ User Operation Manager

A well-known premium beverage company is looking for a User Operation Manager. The selected candidate will lead and optimise the company’s user operations strategy across both O2O and DTC channels to drive growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute user operations strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead and support O2O and DTC Managers to meet KPIs and improve performance
• Drive customer-first initiatives and enhance user experience through feedback systems
• Optimise processes, track KPIs, and leverage data to improve service delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and smooth execution
• Integrate digital tools and lead a high-performing team while ensuring compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, operations, or a relevant domain
• 7-10 years of experience in operations, customer experience, or eCommerce/digital roles (F&B, retail, or tech-driven sectors)
• Experience with data analytics platforms is preferred
• Knowledge with digital platforms, delivery operations, and DTC models
• Fluent level Japanese and English
