ITデータエンジニア/ IT Data Engineer

A global food manufacturing company is looking for an IT Data Engineer. The selected candidate will lead the development and operation of AI and machine learning applications within the company’s IT landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Design architecture for machine learning and AI applications, including data flows and technical elements
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to select suitable technologies and frameworks
• Act as product owner for local ML/AI applications, managing development and operations
• Oversee system and data integration to enable efficient data flow
• Implement security measures and ensure compliance with relevant standards
• Communicate with stakeholders and vendors, and perform DevOps-related tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or data science, or a relevant domain
• More than 3 years of experience as data-engineer or similar roles
• Experience with cloud platforms and services (Azure MLOps, LLMOps, Databricks, etc.)
• Prior experience in managing projects and IT vendors
• Understanding of machine learning and AI technologies, tools, and frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
• Skilled in data integration, data modelling, and database management
• Business level English (TOEIC 750+) and Japanese
