データ戦略マネージャー / Data Strategy Manager

A global telecommunications company is looking for a Data Strategy Manager. The selected candidate will develop and execute data monetisation strategies, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive revenue opportunities. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prioritise high-value data use cases for monetisation
• Conduct market research on trends, competition, and regulatory implications
• Develop and commercialise data products, including APIs, dashboards, and analytics solutions
• Define pricing models, including tiered, subscription, and usage-based structures
• Collaborate with finance to forecast revenue potential and cost structures
• Manage partnerships with internal business units and external clients to drive adoption

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or above in data science, business analytics, economics, or relevant fields is preferred
• More than 10 years of experience in data strategy, data monetisation, analytics, or business development in the telecom, technology, or consulting industry
• Experience with big data technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and analytics tools
• Prior experience in managing data partnerships, licencing agreements, and customer negotiations
• Proven experience in telecom analytics, enterprise data sales, or digital transformation projects is ideal
• Understanding of AI, ML, and predictive analytics for advanced data product development
