テクニカルサポートエンジニア/ Technical Support Engineer
A global cybersecurity company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer. The selected candidate will provide technical support for enterprise security products, collaborate with internal and overseas teams to resolve issues, and support customers through troubleshooting, escalation management, and technical guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support services as a product specialist for enterprise security products
- Support enterprise users by leveraging technical expertise in servers, networks, cloud, and related infrastructure
- Collaborate with relevant departments, including overseas development divisions, to resolve issues and provide solutions
- Handle technical inquiries and manage escalations
- Share information with internal and external stakeholders
- Acquire and apply technical knowledge through product training
- Participate in business improvement activities and initiatives to enhance product value
- Contribute to projects, planning, and execution activities
Requirements:
- More than 2 years of experience in technical support, field SE, development SE, pre-sales SE, or related technical roles
- Experience interacting with customers and internal departments
- Business level Japanese; proficient in English
Preferred requirements:
- Experience in technical support or direct customer interactions
- Experience in troubleshooting internet servers including email servers and web servers
- Experience implementing and operating security products
- Experience reading technical documents in English and handling emails in English
- Possess a valid IT-related qualification and commitment to self-learning
- Possess a valid MCSA, RHCE, LPIC Level 2, or LPIC Level 3 certification
- Possess valid virtualisation or cloud-related certifications such as VCP or AWS SysOps
